Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on weekdays, or over weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an automated email confirmation when your order is placed, followed by a separate dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, severe weather, industrial action, or other events outside our control.

Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free standard delivery thresholds may apply during promotional periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number and a direct link to the tracking portal. You can also view tracking details by logging into your account and navigating to Order History.
Tracking updates are provided by Royal Mail and may experience short delays during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to activate after dispatch.
Delivery Restrictions & Remote Areas
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses, including Northern Ireland. The following areas may be subject to extended delivery times or additional Royal Mail surcharges:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Channel Islands & Isle of Man
- BFPO / Military addresses
If your address falls outside standard delivery zones, checkout will display applicable surcharges or notify you if delivery is unavailable. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure about coverage to your area.
Failed Deliveries & Undelivered Parcels
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel on the first attempt, they will leave a "Something for You" card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local delivery office.
- Redelivery: You can usually request a redelivery via the Royal Mail app or website using your tracking number.
- Collection: Parcels can be collected from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point with valid ID and your delivery card.
- Unclaimed Parcels: If your parcel remains uncollected after 18 days, it will be returned to us. Once received, we will issue a refund for the goods, minus the original delivery and return postage costs.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery. However, if your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- Provide your order number, tracking number (if available), and clear photographs of any damage to the packaging and contents.
- We will investigate with Royal Mail and file a claim on your behalf. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement dispatch or issue a full refund promptly.
Royal Mail's compensation limits apply to claims. We will keep you updated throughout the process and ensure a fair resolution in line with UK consumer protections.
Address Changes & Delivery Instructions
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please email us immediately. We can only amend addresses if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once handed to Royal Mail, address changes are no longer possible.
You may add delivery instructions (e.g., "leave with neighbour", "safe place") during checkout or in the order notes. Please note that Royal Mail is not obligated to follow unverified safe-place instructions, and parcels left without a signature may be at the recipient's risk.
