Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size and quantity, and add items to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete payment securely via Stripe. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. If you need to amend or cancel, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible, but you may return items under our returns policy.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Yes! During checkout, you can add a gift message in the order notes section. Complimentary gift wrapping is available on request—please email us after placing your order with your order number and wrapping preference.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days via Royal Mail. UK delivery times are typically:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 24/48: Next working day or 2 working days (tracked)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are exploring international shipping options for the future—sign up to our newsletter to be notified when this service launches.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also log into your account and view order status under "My Orders".
What if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage. We will file a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Royal Mail's liability limits apply to claims; we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order without giving a reason. To return items:
- Notify us via [email protected] within 14 days of delivery
- Return items within a further 14 days, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
- Use a tracked postal service and retain proof of postage
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, lingerie, swimwear, or any sealed items where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed. All other items may be returned if they meet the conditions above.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if you reject faulty or incorrect goods within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will cover return postage and arrange a replacement or refund without delay.
How long do refunds take to appear?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 14 days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer—typically 3–5 working days after we issue the refund.
Sizing & Products
How do I know which size to order?
We provide detailed size guides for each product category. Visit our Size Guide page for UK standard measurements and tips on how to measure yourself accurately. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us with the product name and your measurements—we're happy to advise.
Do your items run true to size?
Most of our clothing follows standard UK sizing. However, fit can vary by brand, fabric, and cut. Product pages include specific fit notes (e.g., "relaxed fit", "runs small"). When in doubt, refer to the garment's laid-flat measurements or contact us for assistance.
Are your products ethically sourced?
We prioritise working with suppliers who share our commitment to responsible practices. Where possible, we source from UK-based makers or European partners adhering to fair labour standards. Specific brand ethics information is included on relevant product pages.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to shop?
No—you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save addresses, track orders, view order history, and manage returns more easily. You can create an account at any time, even after a guest purchase.
How do I update my personal details or delete my account?
Log in and visit Update Profile to change your name, email, or password. To download your data or request account deletion, use our dedicated forms: Download My Data or Request Account Deletion. All requests are processed in accordance with UK GDPR.
How do you use my personal data?
We collect and process your data solely to fulfil orders, manage your account, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
